Return And Exchange Policy

Returns:

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 15 days, unused, unwashed, with all tags attached.

  • Process: Contact customer service at care@brijlifestyle.com or 8800336719. We’ll provide a return shipping label. Place items in original packaging and drop them off with the shipping carrier.

Exchanges:

  • Follow the return process and specify the item you'd like to exchange.

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll process the exchange and ship the new item. Any price differences will be communicated.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving the item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defects or errors.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items, gift cards, and customized products.
